Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us on 0844 264 0424 or sent us an email to mail@foreverengland.com, quoting your order number.
Our Policy
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it.
However, should you change your mind we’ll be happy to offer you a refund within 28 days.
Be sure to return your items in their original condition along with your order details and reason for return. This right of exchange or return is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, which is unaffected.
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. However you may use our return service and we will be more than happy to arrange a collection via our courier company at charge of £11.00 but someone will need to be in all day to accept the collection as we cannot offer a specific time for collection. Failed collections will be chargeable at £11.00 per parcel.
Returns By Post
Please complete the 'return reason' sheet detailing each item, quantity and why you are sending the item(s) back. Place this form in the parcel, along with your items.

We recommend that you return goods by registered post though your local post office – such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Signed For Delivery, gaining a proof of postage. We will not be liable for items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage.
Processing Your Refund
Refunds will be made against the original form, please allow up to 14 days of receipt of your returned items to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Forever England is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns.

If we fall short of your expectations, the colours don't work with your boudoir or you have simply changed your mind, return it to us within 28 days for a full refund. (P&P not included)

Delivery Information
Forever England aim to handle your order quickly, with most in-stock items dispatching within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Tax, Duty and Handling outside of the EU
As goods are being exported outside of the EU, we will deduct all viable UK tax. Some items are delivered directly from our suppliers and may arrive separately from items delivered from our warehouse.
No-one at Home
If you know that there isn’t going to be anyone to receive delivery, while you place an order you can leave instructions to the courier such as; “leave in porch” or “leave with no5”, otherwise courier will leave you a calling card so that you can re-arrange delivery for another day.
The delivery company handling your order (DPD courier) will email or send you text message with date and time of delivery.
Failed Delivery Policy
Cost of the re-delivery will be charged to you and your order will be dispatched within 48 – 72 hours from notification.
